Position Overview:

In the Cloud & Business Operations team, our objective is to guarantee the availability of product applications in a standardized, innovative, and consistent manner, enabling development and business operations to function seamlessly.

As a Systems Engineer specializing in Microsoft Web & Cloud Hosting Platforms, you will possess a keen interest in emerging products, an openness to new technologies, and a passion for working collaboratively with others. Your role will also involve providing support activities and assisting developers/stakeholders with the tools they utilize in their roles, while understanding their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Web & Cloud Hosting: Design, implement, and manage Microsoft-based web hosting solutions or Azure Cloud services, including Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), and ASP.NET, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability for client websites and applications.

Architectural Design: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and craft customized architectural solutions. This entails developing system architecture, defining technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Performance Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities and bottlenecks to enhance the maintainability, performance, and stability of the hosting environment and authentication solutions. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

Security Measures: Establish and uphold robust security protocols (including SSO, intrusion detection systems, SSL certificates, and authentication headers) to safeguard hosting environments and client data from cyber threats.

Technical Support: Provide third-line technical support, addressing hosting-related inquiries, offering architectural consultations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and maintenance tasks on the hosting platform.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to configurations, architectural designs, best practices, and troubleshooting processes.
