MOT Tester | Southampton | £30k basic (OTE) £45k plus + Benefits

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MOT Tester to join our successful team at our site in Southampton. The primary objective of this role is to conduct thorough and accurate MOT tests on motor vehicles of all makes and models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct MOT tests on vehicles with precision and attention to detail
  • Ensure the security and quality of all inventories and parts
  • Adhere to health and safety, environmental, and recycling policies, as well as internal procedures, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional reputation
  • Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and materials in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure compliance with retail and wholesale standards to uphold the professional reputation of the retailer
  • Protect and safeguard customers' vehicles and contents during repair or service, using adequate protection measures
  • Participate in career development and progression opportunities within the company
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development
