Job Title: Warehouse Operative/Van Driver

Job Summary:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Warehouse Operative/Van Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Operate Counterbalance FLT to manoeuvre goods and materials around the warehouse, loading and unloading goods using appropriate warehouse equipment.
  • Delivery Services: Collect stock from customer locations, deliver into the warehouse, and ensure deliveries are loaded/unloaded within given time scales and checked against paperwork.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate, monitor, and assist with the receipt, order, and dispatch of goods.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery van is properly maintained and equipped for safe and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Full Clean Driving licence that has been held for 3 years+, Counterbalance FLT License, and excellent administration skills including Microsoft office.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and manual handling techniques.
