Parkside Office Professional is seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our team on an 18-month contract. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, planning, and implementation.
