Business Development Assessor

Job Summary
This role involves being responsible for the recruitment, retention and completion of a standardised caseload of learners that have chosen to enrol on business and digital qualifications.
The Assessor is responsible for the delivery of training, assessment and quality assurance of learners' work. The Assessor will be overseeing learners' knowledge and practical competence in a business setting.
The Assessor will be expected to recruit for and deliver a variety of qualifications, including levels 4 and 5.
On a daily basis, the role involves meeting with learners and employers within different business settings, predominantly remotely, but with some travel expected. The Assessor will work independently to ensure compliance with qualification requirements.
The Assessor requires the skills to plan visits in a logical manner, with due regard to restricting travel, in order to make the best use of time and provide resources and support to meet the individual needs of each learner.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners
- To recruit and retain a standardised caseload of learners
- To oversee learners' knowledge and practical competence in a business setting
- To deliver a variety of qualifications, including levels 4 and 5
- To work independently to ensure compliance with qualification requirements
Requirements
