About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 teacher to join our team at Wayman Education. As a primary school teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students in Year 4, based on the National Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective classes to Year 4 students, utilizing the National Curriculum as a framework.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to students to encourage growth and development.
- Create a safe and organized classroom environment that fosters learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Use data to inform teaching decisions and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
