About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care that respects and promotes the dignity of our clients.
  • Promote independence and enable individuals to make their own choices and decisions.
  • Support clients to achieve their outcomes and involve their families and professionals in the care planning process.
  • Connect clients with their communities and access local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care that is tailored to the individual needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals, documenting and reporting information as required.
Induction Training

We are committed to providing comprehensive induction training to our new Care Assistants. This includes training on:

  • Our values and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • Dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity.
  • Confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Fluids and nutrition, safe administration of medication, and moving and positioning.
  • Basic life support, pressure sores, and infection prevention and control.
  • Learning Disabilities, mental health, and capacity.
