We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at The West Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a designated group of customer accounts, including quoting and analyzing opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate customer returns, including meetings and calls, to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, logging activities and assigning tasks to team members.
- Approve internal documents and load sales orders onto our system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments to support customer documentation requirements.
- Support the sales model, workload, and workflow management, contributing to team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resolving issues and promoting a customer-centric approach.
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Positive attitude towards change and improvement
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask under pressure
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Data analysis skills
