Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a small team on a day-to-day basis, providing support and training where needed.
  • Prepare management accounts to a high standard and to strict internal reporting deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT and Corporation Tax requirements.
  • Prepare and file group VAT return.
  • Assist the Finance Director in financial planning and forecasting.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Be responsible for credit control and cash collection.
  • Manage and process both weekly and monthly payrolls liaising with external providers.
  • Be the main point of contact for external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel / IT skills.
  • Organised and diligent.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is desirable but not essential.
