Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cost Administrator Assistant to join our team at First Recruitment Group - IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input weekly blue collar timesheets on Kronos
  • Process Goods Received Notes and validate invoices on Oracle R12
  • Perform various administrative tasks around weekly payroll
  • Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
