About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Technical Engineer to join our team at Daikin UK. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical solutions and commercial propositions to meet and exceed our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing precise technical design solutions, including heat load calculations, aligned to specific property constraints and usage.
  • Developing commercially viable technical solutions across our range of Air Conditioning and Heat Pump products.
  • Collaborating with other divisions, such as account managers and external sales, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of quality pre-sales technical solutions.
  • Supporting the development of our team members through expert guidance and mentorship.

Requirements
  • A BEng/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, HVAC, or Building Services Engineering related studies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A strong understanding of heat load calculations and technical design principles.
