Main Purpose of Role:

To provide administrative support to the Anti Money Laundering (AML) Team at Dexters Estate Agent Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and implementing the company's AML best practices, effectively communicating with colleagues and providing administrative support to the AML team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the AML Advisors to administratively manage the team's workflow on our customer relationship management system, ensuring timely responses to queries and efficient processing of AML tickets.
  • Providing support to the team to action basic referrals and carrying out audits on sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants' compliance.
  • Assisting offices with Land Registry checks and administrative tasks, including user setup for our IT systems.
  • Assisting in developing and documenting best practices for the AML team.

Requirements:

  • Passion for customer service and upholding our service standards.
  • Previous experience within Dexters Estate Agent Group with a great track record.
  • Good knowledge of Dexters best practices.
  • Confidence to work as part of a busy helpdesk, dealing with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent timekeeping and absence record.
  • Enthusiastic, 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
  • Smart, well-presented, and upholding our dress code.
  • Ambassador for the company, always acting in the best interest of the company.
