Job Summary:

Linkit Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Rigging Supervisor to join our team. As a Rigging Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the rigging operations on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the rigging crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement rigging plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and control costs associated with rigging operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base rate of £24.12 per hour.
• Midweek overtime rate of £33.77 per hour for the first 4 hours on Saturday.
• Saturday afternoon and Sunday overtime rate of £43.42 per hour.
• A supplementary bonus of £1.27 per hour for all worked hours.
• Night shift uplift of 26.75% during base working hours.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Rigging Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of rigging operations, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
