About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our HVAC Solutions team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers in the VRF/Chiller/AHU & Heat Pump sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow the JCI brand across your region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and aligning them with our services.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge and sales expertise to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on VRF/Chiller sales.
  • Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
