Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Rightmove. As a Credit Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debt.
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of financial processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our credit control processes.
- Proven experience in credit control, debt recovery, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple deadlines and responsibilities.
- Proficient in financial software and systems, with experience in NetSuite a plus.
