We are working with a successful Financial Planning company to find an experienced Administrator to join their team.

This role is ideal for a career administrator or someone looking to progress in their Paraplanning career. You will work closely with the financial advisers to provide holistic planning to clients across the Southwest.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Submitting new business
  • Organising letters of authority
  • Arranging and co-ordinating meetings
  • Preparing review packs
  • Liaising with clients and product providers

The company offers a competitive salary of £23,000 - £30,000 (doe), discretionary bonus, hybrid working, 25 days holiday, Christmas closure, fully funded professional qualifications, private medical insurance, and 5% pension contribution.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the Financial Planning industry or similar
  • Strong administration experience
