Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at SolviT Recruitment LTD. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and shipping products in a timely and efficient manner
  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
  • Performing general warehouse duties, including manual handling of up to 15kg
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to start immediately

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.55 for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £12.70 after 12 weeks
  • Overtime paid at an enhanced rate of £19.05
