Key Responsibilities:

Weighbridge Duties:

  • Manage the flow of delivery and collection vehicles.
  • Operate the computerized weighbridge to ensure accurate vehicle measurements.
  • Keep a running tally of products weighed during your shift.
  • Oversee the functionality of site barriers.
  • Monitor CCTV systems for security purposes.
  • Document and report any issues with the weighbridge system.
  • Verify that all drivers are equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for site access.

Security Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security patrols using a tracking system.
  • Supervise the operation of all site barriers.
  • Monitor CCTV systems for any security breaches.
  • Log and report any faults in security equipment as necessary.
  • Quickly report any security incidents to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform random vehicle speed assessments.
  • Execute site muster reader checks according to the established schedule.
  • Carry out relevant KPI audits as required.
  • Maintain the security vehicle as part of routine checks.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid SIA licence.
  • Hold a full UK Driving License.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
