### Job Title: Assistant Director Care

### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our team at BBC Studios Drama Productions. As an Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in the planning and coordination of our productions, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

### Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with various departments to plan and execute daily callsheets
* Identify and communicate additional support requirements during the planning stages of a block
* Work closely with the cast and anticipate any potential issues
* Manage and encourage the development and training of other ADs

### Requirements

* Experience as a 2nd Assistant or 3rd Assistant Director or a Stage Manager from theatre
* Developed knowledge of television or stage production and an understanding of the roles of production personnel
* Experience working within a production or theatre team, facilitating efficient group dynamics
* Awareness of BBC Health and Safety Regulations and BBC Values
* Proven ability to work with a range of people and examples of mediating between polarising demands and departments
