About the Role:

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a highly skilled Building Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of building services across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve installation plans and specifications to ensure they meet the client's needs and building regulations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to coordinate services within the overall building design, providing expert advice on space requirements for ventilation systems and other services.
  • Advise on pricing for services work, ensuring value for money and meeting client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and inspections of installations to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety requirements, protecting the well-being of clients and staff.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on the operation of building services, ensuring a smooth transition to building occupancy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize energy wastage and promote environmental sustainability within building services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Services Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
