CAPEX Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CAPEX Project Assistant to join our Capital Construction Developments team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Project Managers and Commercial Projects Director, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within time, quality, and cost constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, implementation, and delivery of CAPEX projects, including FFE processes, CAPEX finance management, and site meetings.
- Assist with adding new suppliers onto Unit 4 and supporting CAPEX updates, minute-taking, and action planning.
- Collate Operations & Maintenance information and update weekly reports on project progress and constraints.
- Provide administrative assistance with the tender process and support the creation of CQC documentation.
- Be a point of contact for sites, handling defects, enquiries, snagging, and completion.
- Work closely with the development team, including architects, consultants, general managers, and construction teams.
- Some experience, knowledge, or interest in property or construction-related disciplines.
- Experience within the Care Sector would be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software tools, particularly Excel and Word.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
- Excellent communication and interpretation skills.
- Annual salary of £26,000.
