About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity at our Cloverfield Grove Service for a part-time 1:1 Support/Care Worker. This role involves providing dedicated support to a service user within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering personalized care and support tailored to the individual's needs, promoting their well-being and independence.
  • Facilitating effective communication with individuals, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Contributing to a safe and protective environment by adhering to health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the individual's goals.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance during challenging times.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience working in mental health and learning disabilities is essential for this role. A genuine passion for supporting individuals and a commitment to providing high-quality care are crucial.

While prior experience is valuable, full on-the-job training will be provided. You will also have the opportunity to pursue an SCQF Level 6 in Social Services and Healthcare (or equivalent) if you do not already hold one.
