The Opportunity

  • You'll be joining a leading super distributor of electrical products belonging to a global group of companies who employ over 1,700 people throughout the UK.
  • With year-on-year growth, we are a well-established business with a fantastic reputation.
  • We are a key supplier to the UK electrical wholesale market and work with major manufacturers including Tassimo, Dyson, Morphy Richards, Bosch, and Philips.

As a Graduate Sales and Business Development Trainee, you'll embark on a commercial training programme, offering:

  • Insight into various business operations
  • Tailored training and development opportunities
  • Mentorship from a motivated manager who advanced through the commercial trainee programme
  • Hands-on involvement in the business's day-to-day operations
  • Exposure to a fast-paced B2B sales environment
  • Opportunities to build lasting relationships with B2B customers
  • Clear pathways for progression, including advancement to area sales roles and management positions

Rewards

  • Starting salary of £27,500

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level, or someone with existing sales experience
  • An excellent communicator
  • Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated

  • In possession of a full UK driving licence
