The Renewable Energy Plant Operator will be engaged in a 4 on 4 off day shift schedule and will participate in an on-call rota after completing training.


The position offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 based on experience, along with an attractive production bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the renewable energy facility
  • Utilize SCADA control systems for process monitoring (training will be provided)
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including pump changes, greasing, and oil/filter replacements
  • Assist the biologist in conducting analytical checks (training will be provided)
  • Manage fuel feeding into the process using mobile equipment such as telehandlers
  • Address machine and system malfunctions
  • Participate in an on-call rota (post-training)

While telehandler or other plant operation certifications (e.g., loading shovel, tractor) are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
