Your Role

As a Corporate Client Advisor, you will manage a designated portfolio of established corporate clients, focusing on nurturing and expanding relationships within client organizations by utilizing our comprehensive range of products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Fostering relationships and developing a robust network within client organizations through consistent and proactive communication with multiple decision-makers.
  • Mapping, networking, and navigating a client's organizational structure while gaining insights into essential business processes such as strategic planning, innovation pathways, and market entry strategies.
  • Accountable for achieving annual upsell targets and contributing to contract renewal efforts.
  • Employing a refined consultative approach to identify engagement opportunities, transcending mere data provision to leverage our industry insights for effective problem-solving. Actively seeking to assist with urgent projects while establishing consistent and structured engagement points.
  • Utilizing polite persistence to connect with hard-to-reach senior executives, maintaining momentum on long-term projects and identifying diverse methods to address challenges encountered along the way.

Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on solution and value selling.
  • Experience working with global corporations, comfortable engaging with Director, VP, and C-level executives.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, adept at managing numerous contacts, scheduling, follow-ups, and establishing regular interaction points.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.
  • A genuine intellectual curiosity.
