Talent Drive Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in optimising value and mitigating risk across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on procurement projects for various areas of spend, including FM, Repairs, Construction, IT, Sales, and Marketing.
- Deliver a responsive, high-quality, commercial, and customer-focused procurement service.
- Manage, monitor, and coordinate the procurement forward plan.
- Actively manage strategic relationships with suppliers and lead on commercial negotiations.
- Have strong knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations and internal Group policies.
- Lead high-value, complex procurement projects in line with Public Contracts Regulations.
- Creation and implementation of key processes to support the Procurement function.
- Managing a team of high-performing procurement professionals and supporting their development.
- Lead the team in developing and delivering the procurement programme through an effective business partnering approach.
Requirements:
- Strong end-to-end generalist procurement experience across indirect or direct services.
- Ideal Public sector procurement background with experience in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience of Public Contract Regulations is a must and training for new procurement act.
- Highly motivated self-starter: ability to initiate and manage work with minimal supervision.
