We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Girling Jones, a leading Cost Management Consultancy based in Devon. Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Work closely with our Managing Director to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships with clients.
- Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors in their professional development, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Project Management: Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Fee Management: Monitor and manage project fees, ensuring they are accurately recorded and reported.
- Chartered Status: Must have achieved Chartered status with a recognized professional body.
- High End Residential Experience: Experience working on high-end residential developments is preferred, but not essential.
