We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead our Clinical Research Nurses and Laboratory Operations teams in the UK, ensuring that the scientific and medical standards we provide are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Clinical Research Nurses and Laboratory Operations teams
* Perform full-cycle performance management, including goal setting, managing KPIs, performance discussions, development, and career progression
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

**Requirements**

* BSc in science or medical fields
* Substantial proven track record of progressive leadership responsibilities in a clinical research, lab, or related business environment
* Profound experience in carrying out performance appraisals, team goal achievement initiatives, mentoring, and training
