We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content to support our business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and edit engaging learning content, including instructional and promotional videos, motion graphics, and branding.
- Collaborate with our Videographer to film and edit footage for internal and external use, including social media platforms.
- Create supporting digital assets, such as banners and GIFs.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure that all learning experiences meet the highest standards.
- Support the design and delivery of world-class learning experiences and resources.
- Experience with motion graphics, including 2D animations.
- Proficiency with content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to interpret briefs and produce storyboards.
- Collaboration skills to work with teams across the business.
- Maintaining and organizing file structures and working projects.
- Skilled in audio management and color correction.
- Understanding of various camera formats, audio, and file types.
- Practical knowledge and experience of working with video production equipment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a strong eye for detail and catching errors.
- Can edit to a highly creative and technical standard.
- Technically fluent in digital: social, web, mobile, apps.
- English/Writing Qualification (e.g. GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing).
- Experience in 3D motion graphics, including animation and typography.
- Skilled at PowerPoint, and proficiency in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in managing your own projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work to post-production schedules, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Awareness of the Frasers Group brands, products, and services.
