About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the senior team to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer contacts to drive sales and market share.
  • Lead the development of effective marketing plans and strategies to drive category growth.
  • Analyse data and market trends to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive business results.

About You

  • Proven experience in marketing or commercial roles with exposure to development and innovation.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into effective plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving sales and market share.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Qualified to degree level, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
