Our client, a leading provider of Facilities Management services, is seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a key member of their Engineering Team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations.

The successful candidate will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will be the first point of contact for all maintenance-related issues on their allocated sites. You will be expected to possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations
  2. Work independently with minimal supervision
  3. Be the first point of contact for all maintenance-related issues on allocated sites
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff and management

Requirements:

  1. Valid Commercial Gas Certificates (COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A)
  2. 18th Edition
  3. F Gas 2079
  4. Full UK Driving Licence

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £46,880 per annum, including on-call every 1 in 4 weeks, travel time, company van, tools, uniform, healthcare, pension scheme, and 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays).
