Excavator Operator

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking skilled CPCS Excavator Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize assigned machinery to move and manage materials across the site, aligning with project objectives
- Adhere to safety assessments and conduct personal risk evaluations as necessary
- Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned machinery to ensure optimal performance and appearance
- Collaborate effectively with Groundworkers and banksmen as needed
- Maintain professional qualifications, including CPCS certification
- Handle, organize, and transport tools and equipment as required
- Perform general Groundworking tasks when not operating machinery
Candidate Profile:
- Valid CPCS certification is essential
- Experience with GPS systems is a must
- Two relevant professional references
- Proactive attitude and strong work ethic
