Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Little Beehive Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and educational environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of our children.
- Collaborate with the Room Leader to ensure a smooth and efficient daily routine, including meal times, sleep times, and activity planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress, including observations, assessments, and developmental milestones.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment for our children, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in Early Years education.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant qualification, such as SVQ 3, HNC, or equivalent.
- Have experience working in a nursery, pre-school, or educational environment.
- Be a positive role model, with a genuine passion for Early Years education and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
