Student Support Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Student Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the progression of young people aged 16-19 on our study program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of students, identifying and arranging suitable training and work taster opportunities
  • Agree and monitor learning plans, mentoring, coaching, and sourcing placements
  • Hold or be willing to work towards IAG Level 3 or 4

About Us:

The Smartlist is a registered charity and voluntary sector training provider, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. We expect all staff to share this commitment.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum pro-rata for Term Time Only (40 weeks), and 37 hours per week, however Term Time Only will be considered.
