We're looking for a Part Time Shift Supervisor to join our team at Sizzling Pub & Grill. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the face of our pub, providing a warm welcome to every guest who walks through our doors.

As a passionate and dedicated leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team that delivers exceptional customer service and ensures a safe and clean environment for our guests. You'll be the go-to person for any questions or concerns, and you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and service.

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges. You'll work closely with our management team to achieve our business goals and objectives, and you'll be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.

What skills and experience do I need?

We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and customer service, who is able to lead and motivate a team. You'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is essential, and you'll need to have a good understanding of health and safety procedures.
