About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Use route-planning technology tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure efficient delivery
  • Prep your van and workload for the day, ensuring you are ready to hit the road
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve delivery targets

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Upbeat, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Organized, punctual, and with great initiative
  • Committed to delivering great customer service
  • Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings
