Job Opportunity at Quilter Financial Planning

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team at Quilter Financial Planning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage and protection products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet performance targets and exceed client expectations
  • Prospect and organise meetings with potential clients
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding to establish clients' current finances and future aspirations
  • Provide high-quality professional mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
  • Explain required insurance and protection products to enable clients to make informed choices
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within the required timescale
  • Stay up-to-date with new mortgage and protection products and changes in mortgage regulation
  • Maintain a generic knowledge of the Financial Services industry and knowledge deemed necessary
  • Embody company values and promote them effectively alongside the brand

Requirements

  • CeMAP or relevant mortgage qualification
  • Positive attitude and excellent team communication skills
  • Ability to progress career to the next level
  • Client-orientated with high customer service skills and communication
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Minimum 2 years+ experience
