About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Dispenser. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all branch processes to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services
  • Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medications and providing health advice
  • Serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Requirements
  • NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
  • Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle medications accurately

Total Working Hours: 16 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday 13:00 to 17:00, Tuesday 09:00 to 13:00, Wednesday 13:00 to 17:00, Friday 14:00 to 17:00, 1 in 4 Saturdays
Rate of Pay: £11.63
