Job Title: Print Finisher
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Print Finisher to join our team at Devonshire Appointments. As a Print Finisher, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various print finishing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products that meet client requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Operate print finishing equipment to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
* Produce work to a high standard, adhering to Health & Safety practices and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment, keeping records of maintenance and ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
* Complete daily time sheets accurately and on time.
* Read and understand job bags to produce work that meets quality requirements.
* Ensure finished products meet next stage requirements, including packing and labeling.
* Follow established finishing ISO Standard Procedures and attend training sessions as required.
* Comply with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and associated policies.
* Perform other duties as required by management.
**Requirements:** * Experience with guillotining, folding, stitching, laminating, creasing, and pressure seal techniques.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
