About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at Aspire People. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and well-being of students in our partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cover supervision in schools, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, as needed.
  • Support students with their academic and personal development, promoting a positive attitude towards learning.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekdays and occasional weekends.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
