Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to support the Manager in coordinating daily job planning for the Delivery Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily job planning for the Delivery Department, ensuring efficient utilisation of Engineers.
  • Schedule jobs well in advance, allowing sufficient time for coordinators and engineers to plan and book.
  • Collaborate with the technical sales and key account teams to prioritise and book works within appropriate time frames.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance jobs, including producing Compliance Reports and Certificates.
  • Act as the point of contact between the sales team and the client, understanding and managing all service delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and raise purchase orders as necessary.
  • Confirm works, prepare job requirements, and communicate with clients regarding service delivery.
  • Ensure permits are in place and act as a contact point for Compliance Technicians/Surveyors.
  • Manage schedules, asset management, and liaise with sub-contractors.
  • Monitor resource allocation and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
