Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Installation & Service Manager to lead our Installation and Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, assigning tasks, defining responsibilities, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold the Installation and Service schedule to ensure all commitments are fulfilled.
  • Manage the engineering team, their equipment, and resources within the factory's test areas and at customer locations worldwide.
  • Proactively manage future workloads by ensuring adequate resources, equipment, and staffing.
  • Foster the development of the test team through ongoing training and hands-on experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and potential clients, offering advice and solutions.
  • Provide precise cost estimates for projects and generate and document quotations.
  • Ensure meticulous records are kept for testing and service work, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a relevant installation or service engineer/manager role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
