About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Talent Hub. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models and reporting frameworks to support business stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualizations and dashboards that inform business strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft Data Platform technologies, including MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and artificial intelligence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a data analysis role, with a strong background in data visualization and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience with Microsoft Customer Insights, Microsoft Customer Data, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, or R programming.
