Quant Trading Operations Specialist

Quant Capital is seeking a highly skilled Quant Trading Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our trading operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our trading processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with various groups within the business to ensure that all trades are reflected accurately in all systems.
  • Research and develop solutions to complex trading problems.
  • Collaborate with traders, researchers, and technical teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Develop and implement automation processes to improve trading efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in applied mathematics or engineering.
  • Excellent Excel skills and logical thought processes.
  • A STEM degree from a top-ranked university.
  • An interest in coding and experience with languages such as VBA, Ruby, Go, Lua, Scala, Python, or C++.
  • An appetite for delivering solutions to complex problems.
