Extra Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant/Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Print and input production orders in a timely manner to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Assist the inventory controller with daily store activities, including receiving and processing inventory shipments.
- Provide administrative support to the inventory team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday.
- Pension after 3 months.
