Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements
  • Estate Agency experience with a proven track record of success
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence holder with a clean driving record
