Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Supply Desk. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of students in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to create and deliver engaging activities that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying learning requirements.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Support students in overcoming challenges and developing a growth mindset.
  • Design and implement interactive activities to promote student engagement and motivation.
Requirements:
  • Current valid DBS or willingness to obtain one.
  • Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student development.
  • Ability to commute to and from the Iver area.
