About the Role:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and conduct variance analysis to provide recommendations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements in compliance with standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Support the implementation of financial systems and processes, and assist in preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and update financial metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Experience: Experience in a management accounting role in a scaling business
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proficient in financial software and advanced Excel, ability to work independently and in a team, and attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
