About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Head Housekeeper to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residential care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the housekeeping team to maintain a spotless environment for our residents
  • Manage the cleaning rota and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Plan and implement infection control procedures to prevent the spread of illness
  • Order cleaning supplies and maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of care
