Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure they meet and maintain all targets regarding leading airline company's work requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and management to ensure smooth running of the Cabin bag operation.
  • Build bags for flights accurately and correctly.
  • Build stationery packs correctly.
  • Build any flight requirement paperwork.
  • Report to the Facilities & Key Account Manager, all issues affecting safety and the security of the warehouse, colleagues and visitors.
  • Ensure that the warehouse area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Ensure all products are ready for X-Ray.
  • Ensure all paperwork is correct for transport.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years working experience in a fulfilment operation.
  • To undertake Cargo Operative training (supplied by company) upon successful completion of vetting process.
  • An understanding of Health & Safety, Site Security awareness and Data Protection.
  • Energetic and professional
  • High level of personal and team organisation
  • Hands on and proactive problem solver
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 (flexibility in hours may be required)
  • Contracted 40 hours per week - 1 hour unpaid break each day
  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays (33 days holiday in total)
  • Auto enrolled pension
  • 1 month notice after probation
